Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Origin
I ship from Kobe, Japan. Please note that international shipments may take longer to arrive than domestic ones due to customs processing in your country.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping is always free.
- Orders under $150: shipped via economy shipping by default. A paid express shipping upgrade is available at checkout if you'd like faster delivery.
- Orders of $150 or more: shipped via express shipping automatically, at no extra cost.

Packaging of Fragile & Graded Items
Graded manga (BGS/Beckett slabs), raw first-print manga, TCG cards, and LaserDiscs are collectible items and are packaged with extra care - reinforced boxes, protective padding, and rigid mailers where appropriate - to minimize the risk of damage in transit. If you have specific packaging concerns for a fragile or high-value item, feel free to contact me before placing your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost or item price. I am not able to predict what these charges will be, as they vary by country.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided for every order once shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact me at 1stprint.net@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging, so I can evaluate the issue.
